Academics Requirements : Graduation, MBA/PGDBM - Sales

Role and Responsibility:

- Strategize the sales target across the assigned region and team based on sales expense ratio.

- Responsible to manage timely review and update of the surgery tracker.

- To create outstanding sales summary and maintain a strong follow up

- To conduct timely assessment of dealer credibility and create strategies to set appropriate credit limit along with expected deliverables

- Continuously derive methods of incremental sales through association with dealer and sub dealer networks

- To create a process of inventory requisition with the dealers based on projections.

- To participate in industry/ region specific tenders.

- To initiate events like live surgeries and similar support to upgrade stakeholder skills

- Coordinate on marketing and advertising spend with the corporate office

- Monitoring and reporting effectiveness of various marketing activities

- Provides strategy and analysis, personal guidance marketing support and creating an environment in which the team succeeds

- Review and guide sales team performance, with assistance from support functions and by generating reports and trends to track performance.

- Identify new business opportunities

- Key Opinion Leader management - needs to create new KOL's and build rapport and lasting impressions with them to aid sales

- Ensure Implementation of company's strategies designed for sale of products

- Identify and inspect newer avenues/markets/opportunities for products and facilitating business growth of every region

- Oversee maintenance of database of products and sample kits for the region

- Participate in formal business development forums, seminars, conferences, events, trade shows and play and lead role in Brand Building in coordination with marketing department.

- Coordinate with reporting head to to define pricing strategies, to set sales policies, in the development of sales forecasts, sales territories, etc.

- Ensure that the billing and receivable collection happens as per the specified credit policy guidelines of the company.
