Primary Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
- Creating strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Fostering new business relationships and managing existing relationships.
- Understanding category-specific landscape and market trends.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition, tech, process, and current partnership through proposal and presentation.
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Managing and implementing sales forecasting, planning and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality,accuracy and process consistency for sales and marketing organisation.
- Owning and achieving/exceeding sales targets within assigned pan india territories and accounts.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Report on the key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales.
Preferred Educational & Experience Background:
- Bachelor's degree and MBA from IIM or reputed institutions in India or abroad is required.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategies and lead the execution of multiple successful marketing programs and product launches.
- Proficient communicator with innate sales skills, to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated leadership skills, technical aptitude and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
