Key Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the regional HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations including recruitment, L&D, PMS, personnel management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Conduct screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities in alignment with organizational goals.

- Build strong relationships with department heads to support their hiring and HR requirements.

- Implement and oversee Learning & Development initiatives, including setting up regional Skill Development Centres.

- Deliver and evaluate training programs to enhance employee competencies and performance.

- Lead the implementation and training of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the region.

- Ensure timely and effective completion of PMS cycles and provide support to managers on goal setting and appraisals.

- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and enforce disciplinary procedures in compliance with labour laws.

- Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and improve retention.

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office including office maintenance, pantry, and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local statutory requirements.

- Maintain regular communication with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Proven HR generalist experience of 56 years in a fast-paced or regional setup.

- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, PMS, employee relations, and L&D.

- Excellent understanding of labour laws, compliance, and statutory frameworks.

- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
