Biocube - AVP - Investor Relations

We are looking for a high-performing, dynamic, enthusiastic & self-motivated individual, with proven track record in Investment Banking & Fundraising, for our group's Fundraise & Investor Relationship activities and will be responsible for meeting the fundraise targets in various group companies.

Vice President, Group Investor Relations responsibilities include but not limited to, providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap, approaching & building network with various VC & PE investors, finding investment opportunities in govt. financing programs, pitching to the investors, strategically positioning individual organizations in the group with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders & maintain continuous relationships, co-ordinate with teams for ensuring necessary documentation & readiness towards conversion of deals. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to carefully manage relationships in the investor community.

Key Performance Indicators of General Manager, Investor Relation:

- Number of new networks built in investment community & identifying new opportunities.

- Number of successful closure of deals and ensure timely completion of procedural activities such as, Term sheet signing, Data room readiness, Investment agreement signing off etc.

- Terms at which the final deal is negotiated.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a robust and sustainable investor relationship & funding strategy and framework for different companies in the group, in line with the company's growth strategy.

- Continuously work on building confidence & trust in the company's vision among the investor community.

- Create and manage a strong reputation of the group & individual companies in the global investor communities by demonstrating consistent and clear communication skills & domain know-how.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings/ omnichannel communications with investors, VC, PE groups and government financing bodies, either in person or virtually, to pitch propositions, convincing them for investment, helping to negotiate the deals & concluding the funding activities.

- Preparing the investment pitch decks and assisting in preparing the weekly/ monthly reports to perform the financial analysis and use this as the basis for effective interaction with the investors.

- Perform competitive & cross-divisional analysis of the industry peers on their fundraise approaches.

- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.

- To report group management on weekly basis about the updates, upcoming roadmaps and feedback system for continuous improvement or realigning group strategic framework.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience holding Investment Relationship & Fundraising responsibilities, having proven track record, with minimum 5+ years of experience in an investment banking role.

- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. An MBA or CFA certification is preferred.

- Excellent understanding of financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts/ investors.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, logical/analytical capabilities, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for investors.
