More specifically s/he will lead the following responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and implementation of a robust Content & Digital Asset Management solution, meeting local and global requirements - Serves as the end-to-end technology owner of the CMS system across the entire product lifecycle - Responsible for IT implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and operations of the CMS system and various external websites - Key stakeholder in determining System architecture, vendor selection, back-up / restore and disaster recovery policies - Responsible for definition of a go-forward strategy and execution for Branded websites and HCP Portal creation, serving the global Biocon Biologics organization and products - Ensures, in partnership with other partner IT functions, the overall compliance of the system, includes periodic reviews, audit readiness and corrective / preventive actions - Serves as subject matter expert for the CMS system functionality, directing business requirements and enhancements in line with overall organizational strategy and vision - Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders with expertise in digital and IT operations - Identify and resolve IT problems and systemic issues in collaboration with user groups - Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by successfully owning and delivering on user requirements YEAR ONE CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS: - Successfully complete implementation of a CMS system in line with Marcom requirements - Successfully complete transfer and roll out of branded websites for Biocon Biologics globally PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors in Engineering or Masters degree in a related discipline, including a minimum of 12-15 years of experience gained in technology implementation in the Pharma space - Extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Closed loop Marketing in the Pharma space - Extensive experience in Pharma Product website and HCP portal implementation for a Pharma company - Excellent oral/ written communication skills - Self-starter, with the ability to work and execute independently with minimal oversight Biocon Biologics is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
