Role/Job Description:

- Global Mobility

- Evaluates and assesses jobs at all levels of the Company to determine appropriate pay levels based on internal and external job and market pay comparisons. Automate and simplify the offer process

- Manages selection of, and participates in published, custom and ad hoc surveys across geographies India and Global

- Analyzes market data based on which advises and recommends salary adjustments

- Evaluates, recommends and implements compensation programs that are competitive in the industry, ensuring alignment across the division as well as geographies.

- Models and consults to maintain a proactive, sustainable and competitive compensation platform with leading practices.

- Design, Implement and deliver a full range of compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, incentives, interim promotions and salary recommendations, etc. and corresponding communications

- Evaluates program proposals to ensure the cost/benefit relationship meets the organizations objectives/ goals.

- Monitors effectiveness of new and current programs. Makes recommendations for sustainable future initiatives.

- Responsible for budgeting, monitoring and controlling employee costs

- Implement the Merit Increase and develop Tools to make C&B programs comprehensive and transparent

- Develop BI to Business and Functional Heads.

- Understands the fundamentals of Database Management and HR Operations during the employee lifecycle (Onboarding Documentation, Attendance and Payroll Management, Exit Processing)

Technical / Functional Skills :

- Incumbent should have mastery over excel and a flair for metrics

- Experience in managing International Compensation

- Should have a systems orientation to align all processes in SF or other applications

- Desirable if the incumbent has led a team for at least one appraisal cycle.

Behavioral / Management / Other Skills :

- Self-Driven

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Maturity and Ability to lead a team
