- An incumbent in this role will be responsible in a pharmaceutical manufacturing / testing environment to develop contents and deliver learning programs to promote awareness of Quality and Compliance to personnel across multiple facilities using the adult principles of learning.
- The appointed will also be responsible for managing corresponding data and documentation in GXP validated organizational computerized systems and present information periodically and on-demand through structured reports. This role will also ensure that a harmonized and consistent approach is applied and ensure continuous improvement of quality learning programs to meet the dynamics of GXP regulated environments and governing regulations that apply.
1. Develop contents for quality assuring GXP learning programs as per organizational requirements
2. Establish a schedule of learning events and facilitate learning programs as per the schedule from delivery to sustainability
3. On-board new employees by providing a consistent GXP learning experience that reflects organizational values and commitments
4. Measure and trend the effectiveness of all delivered training on a continuous basis utilizing industry standards
5. Coach and mentor site GXP trainers to launch sustainable GXP training programs at the site level to ensure a harmonized approach
6. Establish and maintain healthy professional relationships and networks with cross functional teams in maintaining all training document records
7. Ensure learning requirements for software role / access are compliantly managed, as required
8. Ensure that all relevant training documentation is consistently and systematically maintained in a timely and effective manner
9. Remain current with changes and advancements in learning solutions
10. Evaluate and identify new training tools and methods and determine their applicability
11. Interact directly with internal and external regulators and auditors on questions around GXP training policies, records and learning systems
12. Ensure consistent and flexible approach towards travel required to support sites and facilities within scope of service
13. Design, produce and present reports on GXP learning programs that allow assessing gaps and compliance proactively
14. Performs all activities in support of our Biocon values and demonstrates strong and visible support of the values
15. Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory, compliance, safety requirements, company policies and procedures
16. Work as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes
17. Participate performance conversations including one on ones to assess progress on achieving Objectives. Offer support to remove barriers to communicate and revisit performance expectations to reinforce and encourage high performance culture and a safe working environment
18. Utilize open, honest, two way communication to build trust-based relationships with employees, business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development
19. Create a culture which values trust and provides the opportunity for employee and organizational development in pursuit of Biocon mission & vision
20. All other duties as assigned
