Biocon - Deputy Manager - Program Management - Center Of Excellence

Group Center of Excellence.

The Group Center of Excellence (COE) team was established with a vision to transform the Biocon Group and to adopt a lean culture enabling continuous improvement, consistent right-first-time delivery, enhanced efficiency, productivity, agility, and be world-class to serve patients affordably.

The key intent is to create, drive and integrate all continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives that deliver Business Excellence (BE) across the Group Companies under one overarching, umbrella framework.

Supported by a seamless digital infrastructure, the BE framework enables enhanced collaboration across functions with a common strategic direction.

- PM for all Group COE initiatives (LSS, 5S, IDEA, LDM etc.).

- PM for all Core Projects.

- PM of all Business Excellence activities.

- Organizing meetings and capturing action items & follow-up for completion on time.

- Conduct Steering Committee meetings & SBU connects.

- Conduct & brief all new joiners, stake holders on specific programs and functions.

- Conduct reviews, defenses, nominations, participation for all Group COE initiatives Driving & implementing Business Excellence framework.

- Manage all Governance systems for all Group COE initiatives.

- Organizing & conducting Classroom and Virtual Training sessions.

- External & Internal stakeholder management (Champions, Mentors, Vendors, Consultants etc.).

- Support in facilitating all workshops, R&R, events, and campaigns.

- Manage all procurements for Group COE.

- Develop Performance Dashboard, Score card & tracking matrix.

- Managing team for participation in External Competitions.

- Manage data for all initiatives.

- Preparation & publishing of MIS (weekly, monthly, Quarterly & Annually).

- Organizing all Group COE events (R&R, Workshops, Campaigns etc.).

- Drive Campaigns for KAIZEN, 5S, Visual Management, Ideation.

Technical skills required:

- PMP Certification.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified + TPM.

- Strong Project Management, Statistical, Analytical skills.

- Excellent skills in developing Dashboards, Excel forms & Participation in Competitions.

IT Skills: Expert in MS Project, advance MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI.

Behavioral skills required:.

- Ability to handle multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities & challenges.

- Proven ability of influencing, negotiating and follow-up.

- Encourage open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing.

- People and communication skills.

- Good at preparing & delivering presentation.

- Experience 7 plus years in biotechnology, pharma, manufacturing setups.

Qualification:.

- PMP + B.E/ B.Tech/B.Sc. or M.Sc.

- Statistics.
