About the job:
Group Center of Excellence:
- The Group Center of Excellence (COE) team was established with a vision to transform the Biocon Group and to adopt a lean culture enabling continuous improvement, consistent right-first-time delivery, enhanced efficiency, productivity, agility, and be world-class to serve patients affordably.
- The key intent is to create, drive and integrate all continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives that deliver Business Excellence (BE) across the Group Companies under one overarching, umbrella framework.
- Supported by a seamless digital infrastructure, the BE framework enables enhanced collaboration across functions with a common strategic direction.
Job Description:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Group COE Branding and communications strategies & enhance visibility.
- Manage the internal branding and communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution across all channels.
- Planning proactive communications, Ensuring effective two-way communications
- Creation and production of Branding including brochures, Posters, Handbook, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support Group COE initiatives
- Manage digital marketing and communications initiatives, including website management, social media engagement, email campaigns, content creation, and public relations activities.
- Drive thought leadership and content marketing activities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in marketing and communications and apply relevant knowledge to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality work within budget and timeline.
- Conduct all NEO, YLP, Biocon Academy sessions.
- External & Internal stakeholder management (Champions, Mentors, Vendors, Consultants etc.)
- Manage all procurements for Group COE
- Managing team for participation in External Competitions & Workshops
- Organizing all Group COE events (R&R, Workshops, Campaigns etc.)
- Drive Campaigns for Group COE initiatives
Technical skills required:
- Branding, Public relations, Communication, digital marketing, social media, online marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital media and digital branding.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified + TPM +TQM
- Excellent skills in Participation in at various external events & Competitions
- Event Management
IT Skills:
Expert in Proficient in design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign etc.
and content management system, MS Office, advance MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI
Behaviour skills required:
- Strong people coordination skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities & challenges

- Good at preparing & delivering presentation
- Experience - 7 plus years in Biotechnology, Pharma, Manufacturing setup.
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/B.Sc.or M.Sc. Statistics
