Role Summary: The Marketing Services Delivery Manager (Diabetes Products Portfolio) is a key member of the Global Marketing Communications (GMC) center of excellence at Biocon.
This role involves strategic collaboration across different markets to understand their specific needs for the launched products, new product launches and marketing campaigns related to Diabetes products, overseeing these projects from conception through to execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Engagement:Serve as a primary interface between GMC and market-specific teams for Diabetes products, ensuring clear communication and alignment of marketing strategies & goals related to Diabetes products portfolio.
- Excellent at the documentation & management of meetings, events, and marketing brief.
- Management and Governance:Manage the demand intake and delivery of marketing services for Diabetes products, coordinating with GMC partners on campaign design, operations, and execution.
- Use project management tool/software to capture end to end details and make data driven decisions.
- Lead internal forums with stakeholders to discuss project status and address any issues, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Management and Delivery:Develop and manage comprehensive customer engagement strategies across various online & offline channels for Diabetes products, ensuring all marketing efforts are consistent with brand objectives and integrated across channels.
- Storytelling and Presentation:Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visual presentations & campaign brief documents that effectively communicate complex and simple ideas related to Diabetes products to a broad audience.
- Marketing:Act as an Omnichannel Marketing expert, driving the campaign programs targeting both healthcare professionals and patients through all available channels in an integrated way for Diabetes products.
- Measurement and Optimization:Own the measurement of campaign effectiveness for Diabetes products, providing actionable insights to markets and brand teams based on campaign performance data to optimize ongoing and future marketing strategies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:.
Graduation in Pharmacy (B Pharma/M Pharma/Pharm D)/MBBS/BDS & MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute.
- At least 8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, with a strong focus on Multichannel/ digital project management for diabetes products portfolio.
- Exposure to US market will be an added advantage.
- Certification in project management will be added advantage.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tactics and technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
