Key Responsibilities:.

- Will be a Core Team Member of the CEO's Office & will report to the Chief of Staff. involved in building long term Business strategy and driving functional performance drivers towards the strategic goals.

- Business Performance across Functions (Commercial, Ops, Quality, R&D etc.) against identified KPIs and derive insights.

- Identify challenges or gaps in performance and work cross-functionally to find solutions.

- Lead key aspects of Transformative journey at BBL driving the Transformation agenda.

- Knowledge of industry trends and benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve performance.

- Drive key business performance themes - such as cost optimization, revenue acceleration/EBITDA improvement, organic/inorganic growth (M&A).

- Excellent opportunity to get exposure to and learn about a range of business functions as well as work closely with the Leadership Team.

Skillset required.

- Problem-solving skills especially in a consulting set-up.

Background & Experience Required:.

- From Top Tier Business School.

- Years of post B School experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, and General Management roles.

- Preference for experience in Pharma or Biotech.

- To collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
