- We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Certification Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and auditing of our diverse certification portfolio across multiple group companies, business units, and departments.
- The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of various management systems and regulatory frameworks, with proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Certification Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive certification management strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate certification activities across the organization.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all certifications.
- Develop and maintain certification documentation and records.
Compliance Management:
- Develop and implement compliance programs to adhere to certification standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Manage and prepare regulatory reports as required.
Audit Management:
- Develop and execute audit plans.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate external audits and manage auditor interactions.
- Prepare and present audit findings to management.
Risk Management:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to compliance and certifications.
- Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies.
- Report on risk management activities to senior management.
Continual Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in compliance and certification processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance overall compliance performance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on certification and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a compliance and certification team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Certified Internal Lead Auditor for ISMS and qualified CMMI ATM.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMI Implementation, SOC 2 Type II, and ISMS (ISO 27001:2022).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27701:2019, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018, and DPDPA.
- Proven experience managing multiple certifications in a complex organization.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Quality Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Adaptability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large IT enterprise or multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of IT industry-specific regulations and standards
