Bimaplan is seeking a motivated sales manager who takes pride in ensuring the continued success of onboarding new clients and servicing them. He/she will be responsible for effectively handling B2B Sales for the south and north regions by targeting business correspondence clients for insurance. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of underserved Indians.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring, business development & sales of Insurance products and business correspondence clients.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the closure of deals related to their insurance requirements.
- Provide appropriate advice to existing and potential clients with regard to their insurance requirements and existing portfolios.
- To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting, and product teams of General Insurance companies.
- To assist in the closure of large deals in your region, in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the impaneled insurers for getting quotes as and when required to assist in the new client account closure.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in insurance sales to business correspondence clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric focus.
- Detail and compliance orientation.
