- Liaise with insurance companies for new and requirement specific solution for our partners and their customers
- Mapping of our strength to the requirements of our customer segments
- Negotiate with insurer for quotes on corporate / group related policies
- Align the complete offering to resolve the pain point of ultimate user.
- Understand, analyse and compare the products available in the market.
- Identification of most suited products for the customers with due mapping of their needs.
- Conceptualization of new and/or bundled offerings if the existing products are not catering to the requirements
- Build associations and alliances keeping our own strategic strengths/capabilities as compared to our prospective partners
- Help business partners in working out E-solutions for all information capturing and proper distribution of products thereafter.
- Coordinating full support from insurers from product designing to final distribution and also the claims as and when reported.
- To collate information on market intelligence and feed the information to superiors for their action plan.
- To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by the company and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA
