What We are Looking For

Bimaplan is an early-stage insurtech start-up looking to build and expand key business verticals in

the next couple of years. To make this possible we are looking for an EIR who will be responsible for attacking key strategic problems/ opportunities that will help us in the growth. The role would be multi-dimensional with the EIR being involved in key parts of the business such as product, growth, sales, user experience and operations. We expect the person to get hands-on and build key verticals from scratch.

Responsibilities

- Pick up important projects that need to be unlocked to enable establishing a new business vertical or growth

- Work closely with the Leadership team in planning and executing new programs

- Establish business processes - spend time with different teams and on field interacting with partners and customers to gather insights and build solid processes to enable a seamless growth

- Manage projects and programs within the Business Development vertical across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.

- Define your own responsibilities and KRA's and deliver impact at scale

Qualifications :

- Start-up or Consulting experience across sales, strategy, product, user growth, customer experience etc.

- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking out to solve problems

- While this role involves a lot of strategizing and planning, we expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and also execute

- No prior knowledge of the insurance industry is required! We believe in the fact that everything can be learnt
