Responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to COO, this role will be the bridge between sales and tech team.

- Propose, develop and implement specific frameworks/ processes for project launches. Launch trackers. BRDs, Business Documents, & SOPs.

- Leading all internal/ external stakeholders including sales, tech, product and marketing to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.

- Actively research and identify feasible market tools/ tech crucial to scalability of business.

- Create summaries to update the progress to CXO team.

- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business impact.

Qualifications:

- 2+ yrs. of experience

- MBA from top tier institute

- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills is a must.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in business email writing is a must.

- Project management experience is a must.

- Start-up or consulting experience will be a plus.
