THE ROLE:
Project manage, provide data-driven analysis and insight to help BIMA to grow sustainably and profitably. This role will report to Head of Innovation and Growth, Asia, and will need to work closely with Regional and Country Management teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide business analysis to support business growth through effective planning and revision. Support BIMA in executing crucial business decisions.
- Communicate with different business units of BIMA operations in Asia to understand and collect necessary information. Coordinate with different teams to develop data collection procedures and manage their successful implementation.
- Successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects with mutually exclusive teams, partners, objectives, resources, and constraints.
- Concisely educate decision makers on logic, process, results, and recommended plan of action
- Ad-hoc analysis and project work to source and analyze new data sources, make better use of existing data sets and identify what our customers value and how we can provide that to them.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Preferably 2+ years' experience in an analytical functional (any industry). Less experienced candidate who are strong analytically can also be considered
- Solution focused analysis given a business situation, demonstrated ability to develop solutions based on independent analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercial mindset - able to ask questions, be inquisitive, challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve how we do things
- Good relationship builder - able to deal with internal stakeholders operating in diverse geographical and cultural contexts, providing support and challenge where necessary
- Fluent English
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- Master's degree in numerical discipline
