IR & Compliance :
- Ensure and monitor industrial peace by maintaining cordial relations with Union for smooth operations at Unit
- Improve and achieve the overall business objectives by maintaining harmonious relationship with internal and external agencies like Contractors, Union Leaders, Line Managers, Govt. and semi-govt. bodies, journalists, various political parties etc
- Ensure timely compliance of statutory requirements related to Labour, Industrial Safety & Health and other Govt. bodies within the specified framework.
- Evaluate and plan the overall labour cost by controlling parameters like labour turnover, absenteeism, overtime.
- Plan and prepare overall compliance of all legal cases in the interest of company at various Courts and forecast any litigation matter arising of the same.
- Standardize overall contract labour management system as per the defined Contract Labour Acts and rules to fulfil the business needs.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and disbursement of salary/wage payments to all.
HR :
- Employee life-cycle management from recruitment to retirement i.e. talent acquisition, employee welfare and engagement, performance appraisals, and support in various OD initiatives driven by Corporate HR.
- Ensure all HR systems and processes are adhered to and completed in a timely and transparent manner to establish credibility and contribution.
- Ensure speed, responsiveness and customer orientation in transaction management and services.
Person Requirements :
Qualification : MBA in HR/ M.S.W (Labour Welfare & Personnel Management). Degree in Law would be added advantage. Proficiency in Marathi is a must.
Location : Ballarpur (180 kms from Nagpur)
Experience : Around 10 - 15 years in manufacturing industry with a strong exposure in IR & union activities and adequate experience in handling various HR activities.
CTC Budget : 12 lacs to 14 lacs p.a.
Reporting : Unit HR Head (GM Level)
