BILT - General Manager - Quality & R&D Head

ONLY PAPER INDUSTRY CANDATES ARE REQUIRED

1. Development of new products in collaboration with marking based on customer feedback. This would be an end to end activity involving Initial ideation, scoping & conceptualization, prototype making, initial design, validation & testing to make the final product.

2. Staying connected with the market, customer and the internal stakeholders including marketing, after sales etc. to drive improvisation on Process/Process Technology in alignment with customer and market requirements.

3. Development of and compliance to Quality Standards across the manufacturing Process to ensure the final product quality as per design and specifications.

4. Ensure effectiveness of the Internal Quality Management System by identifying and minimizing Non-Conformance.

5. Drive measures to ensure cost effectiveness in the processes while ensuring the final product quality in line with Customer requirements.

6. Ensure compliance to the different Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, Safety, Housekeeping and statutory requirements relevant to the function.

7. Routine System Audits and Training to the different Process Owners in order to ensure the Mill Level systems in line with the standards for FSC-COC.

8. Analysis of Customer Issues to suggest Corrective and Preventive actions and escalate on need basis.

9. Appropriate role assignment and adequate training to the team to ensure performance and professional development.

10. Ensure availability of the required infrastructure / resources to the team in a cost effective manner.
