- Corporate funding, Managing Unit Funding, Issuance of Letter of Credit and Other Trade Finance Operations along with Treasury operations.

- Financial Modelling ,Making Business Plan & Projections for New Proposals along with Financial Planning

- Loan documentation including security creation- Movable & Immovable, ECB documentation, NCD issuances etc.

- Bank relationship- Liaisoning with various Bankers & Financial Institutions

- Preparation of CMA data, stock statements for appraisal of working capital limits.

- Debt Monitoring for Monthly Interest & Debt Repayments

- Loan O/s details

- Banking Compliance -Fema, Trade, UCFE, Due Diligence reports etc

- Handling Vendor DD, Valuations etc

- Rating Exercise
