Key Responsibilities:
- Web Campaign Management:
- Manage affiliate campaigns across web platforms such as display ads, content-based marketing, and lead generation.
- Focus on CPC, CPA, and CPL models tailored to web campaigns (e.g, banners, search, and content).
- Affiliate Relationship Management:.
- Develop strong partnerships with web affiliates (e.g, publishers) to drive high-quality traffic to landing pages and offers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the execution of web-based affiliate campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals.
- Optimization for Web Campaigns:.
- Optimize landing pages, creatives, and user journeys to improve performance across web traffic sources.

Delivery Manager - Mobile Team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of mobile-specific- marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile marketing, app promotion, and working with mobile-focused affiliate networks.
This role requires expertise in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and mobile marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and ROI through mobile channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Campaign Management:.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of mobile marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals.
- Work closely with mobile affiliates to secure premium placements and improve app download rates.
- Collaborate with mobile-focused affiliate networks and partners to expand reach and maximize performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:.
- Continuously monitor mobile campaign performance, using platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch etc to assess performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and scaling across mobile devices and platforms (iOS and Android).
- Drive conversion rate optimization strategies specific to mobile, including in-app engagement and user retention strategies.
- Affiliate/Publisher Relationship Management:.
- Build and nurture relationships with mobile affiliate partners to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
- Negotiate agreements and manage expectations around mobile campaign KPIs, payouts, and performance.
- Reporting & Insights:.
- Provide detailed reporting on mobile campaign performance, focusing on metrics like installs, cost-per-install (CPI), in-app purchases, and ROAS.
- Share insights with internal teams and clients, offering recommendations for performance improvement.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention:.
- Ensure mobile campaigns adhere to industry regulations, affiliate program policies, and app store guidelines.
- Identify any potential issues related to fraud, attribution discrepancies, or non-compliant affiliates.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on mobile marketing and app promotion.
- Proven track record managing mobile affiliate campaigns, including CPI, CPC, and CPR models.
- Familiarity with mobile tracking platforms (e.g, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Familiarity with mobile programmatic buying and DSPs.
- Skills:.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using mobile performance tools and analytics.
