Billing Engineer/Project Coordinator - Construction Business

We are hiring for a Real Estate Developer, developing 2 projects in Chandigarh and Mohali. Client is looking to hire an experienced professional having experienced in Mivan.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Must worked on Mivan Shuttering /Aluminium form work, handled the project from starting to finish.

- Responsible to oversee construction work at project sites.

- Actively involved in Planning, Designing, and Project Development work at sites in consultation with Directors, Project Managers and Consultants.

- Preparation of MIS reports as per management requirements.

- Suggesting value-added measures to improve operational performance.

- Other incidental and ancillary matters relating to construction work.

- Estimate Quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.

- Tracking project deliverable using appropriate tools like MS Project and/or MS Excel/Google sheet etc..

- Have to manager all material lists required, reinforcements, and structural specifications for a project

- Responsible to monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control.

- To minimize wastage of construction material. Coach subordinates to develop the team capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role.

- Monitoring regular work progress with reports towards meeting the project deliverable

- Providing overall direction and support to the project team

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience of at least 12 years

- Full-time Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with relevant experience in Real Estate Housing /Group Housing Projects

- Experienced in Mivan and Project Co-ordinator

- Willing to handle overall entire project (starting from foundation to till finishing)

- Must have team handling exposure
