- Experience in building, scaling and leading the Business/Growth Marketing function at a product/tech company.
- Excellent analytical and story-telling skills with in-depth knowledge of distribution and content building.
- Experience in working with VC backed start-ups, internet/tech companies, retail companies.
- Penchant to work hard to strengthen the brand in the initial few years to gain a better work-life balance in future.
Key Needles to Move:
- Own and execute the "Retailer Sourcing Wallet share penetration", "Factory Production capacity Wallet Share Penetration" and "Brand Distribution Wallet Share" Strategy.
- Own and execute the whole Marketing Budget and Discounting budget with an agenda to create Delta in Revenue with every Delta in Discount/Marketing budget spend.
- Planning 360-degree campaigns and omni-channel adaptation strategy.
- Executing ATL and BTL activities across geographies in India.
- Build teams and grow them.
- Need an obsession to understand the User and building creative strategy around engagement with the user.
