We at bijnis, are looking for Talent Acquisition Experts who have experience in NON Technical & Technical domain (60% Non IT roles). The HR Expert will collaborate closely with senior management and various departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with the company's people-centric goals and values. This role plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, talent acquisition and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

2) Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with respective stakeholders to identify staffing needs, participating in recruitment processes, and ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

3) Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, offering insights and recommendations to drive performance and employee engagement.

4) Drive employee relations initiatives, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to maintain a positive work environment.

5) Create Onboarding modules + journey of the new joinees.

6) Responsible for end to end employee life cycle.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2) Proven experience of at least 4+ years into Recruitments/ Talent acquisition.

3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

4) Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.

5) Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Days: 6 days a week, Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi (5 mins walking from Metro Station)
