Bijnis - Demand Head - Sales

Role and Responsibilities

1. Drive and own the demand P&L with a large team on ground and backend.(Current team size -1200)

2. Will lead target setting, planning, execution and allocation of resources in demand function.

3. Responsible for scaling up the team and setting up processes to scale up the division as whole.

4. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing growth plans and strategies to achieve goals.

5. Recruiting and hiring sales force and developing training programs.

6. Managing demand team and maintaining sales operations.

7. Setting quarterly and annual growth goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve goals.

8. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed growth forecasting.

9. Shall be working closely with Product, Growth Marketing and operations.
