Bijnis - Business Analyst - Founder's Office - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Founder's office who will be responsible for data centric decisions based on information and insights gained from analysing vast amount of data. Strategy is great - But operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner has a higher IMPACT.

Candidate should be able to work on large data sets spread across various segments to:

1. Develop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights

2. Produce and track key performance indicators

3. Provide business insights from analysed data

4. Share real time actionable inputs with business for decision making

5. Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements

6. Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making

7. Manage investor relations including MIS and data presentation.

8. One should be able to project data with analytics along with business knowledge.

Requirements :

1. We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in working on huge data sets.

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skill with emphasis on business and product development.

3. Should have Strong Excel and presentation skills (PPT..

4. Experience in software like Tableau will be a plus.

5. Preferably an MBA from premier Institutes (IIM/FMS/SP Jain/NMIMS/MDI etc).
