BigSpoon Foods is emerging as India's leading Cloud Kitchen focusing on Tier-2 cities. In fact, we're the only Tier-2 focused cloud kitchen, and have cracked this niche and are scaling rapidly.
We've opened 66 kitchens in 28 cities over the last 2 years and are ON TRACK to launch another 100+ kitchens within the next 12 months. We're well-funded, growing rapidly, and have a solid team, but we're not enough to keep up with our high growth rates. We need you!
Now here's what we're looking for in this kickass Product Manager (you) who will join us next.
Day to Day Duties Include:
1. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
2. Liaison between tech, engineering & business functions to gather requirements that aid in product innovation & improvements
3. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
4. Own the product roadmap; create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI
5. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of product features to ensure success for the entire organization
6. Manage all aspects of the product, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
7. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines
8. Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
9. Build a stellar product team from the ground-up and act as a leader within the company
10. Be an expert with respect to the competition
11. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.
1. Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering from a Tier-1 university
2. Strong experience (2-3 years) in a dynamic product management role
3. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
4. Highly effective cross-functional team management
5. Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
6. Previous software and web development experience
7. Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
8. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
