BigSpoon Foods is emerging as India's leading Cloud Kitchen focusing on Tier-2 cities. In fact, we- re the only Tier-2 focused cloud kitchen, and have cracked this niche and are scaling rapidly.

We- re COVID proof. In the last 12 months, we- ve opened 14 kitchens in 11 cities, and are ON TRACK to launch another 20 kitchens within the next 12 months. We- re obviously well-funded, and are growing at 40%-50% MoM in terms of transactions. We- ve got a solid team, but we- re not enough to keep up with our high growth rates. We need you!

Now here's what we- re looking for in this kickass P&L Analyst (you) who will join us next.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop Discounting Strategies to always keep an optimal balance between reducing CAC and improving unit economics

2. Take full ownership of monthly investor's reports and MIS reporting

3. Prepare P&L reports for the management and internal stakeholders on a monthly basis

4. Identify and reconcile any variances within the P&L report

5. Forecasting well defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets across the organisation

6. Develop Differential Pricing Strategies across various geographies cross sectioned with multiple brands owned by BigSpoon Foods

7. Develop fortnightly budgets for culinary, ops and marketing in line with organization's strategic goals

8. Cross functional collaboration for budgeting and implementing cost effective practices

9. Formulating commercials and revenue targets for all revenue streams

10. Visualisation of data is more than just building graphs. This is an essential role of a P&L Analyst, where it will be your responsibility to explain (visualise) business problem statements for the rest of the departments.
