BigSpoon Foods is emerging as India's leading Cloud Kitchen focusing on Tier-2 cities. In fact, we're the only Tier-2 focused cloud kitchen, and have cracked this niche and are scaling rapidly.

We've opened 66 kitchens in 30+ cities over the last 2 years and are ON TRACK to launch another 100+ kitchens within the next 6 months. We're Series-A funded, growing rapidly, and have a solid team, but we're not enough to keep up with our high growth rates. We need you!

Now here's what we're looking for in this Growth Analyst (you) who will join us next.

Day to Day Duties Include :

1. Cross functional collaboration for budgeting, strategy and planning for business growth

2. Creating dashboards as and when required by various departments from operations to culinary to marketing etc. As a Growth analyst, you would be the data expert for the entire organisation's dashboarding requirements

3. Forecasting well defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets across the organisation

4. Develop Discounting Strategies to always keep an optimal balance between reducing CAC and improving unit economics

5. Develop Differential Pricing Strategies across various geographies cross sectioned with multiple brands owned by BigSpoon Foods

6. Prepare P&L reports for the management and internal stakeholders on a monthly basis

7. Identify and reconcile any variances within the P&L report

8. Take full ownership of monthly investor's reports and MIS reporting

9. Analysing week-on-week funnel data on all our sales channels and finding relevant actionable business insights for relevant departments to inform strategic business decisions

10. Performance Analysis Reports - The Growth Analyst is expected to help build out regular (weekly/monthly) reports with data analysis and actionable insights.

11. It will be your responsibility to explain (visualise) business problem statements for the rest of the departments using a combination of Power BI, Python, spreadsheets/Excel, and other tools to create reports and/or data storyboards

12. Be able to use SQL to extract data from the internal data warehouse

Ideal Candidate :

Don't care what your educational background is as long as

1. You're self-driven, and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects

2. You have 1-3 years of experience doing this professionally

3. You have incredible attention to detail, with a structured problem-solving approach

4. You have EXCELLENT communication skills (verbal and written)

5. You're looking to grow and REALLY take some serious ownership
