- End to End Recruitment
- Has to perform Pre & Post Joining facilities
- Giving Orientation to the new Joinees.
- Amendments of the HR Policies as per the necessity or guided by the Management
- Maintaining the employees Leave records
- Well versed hand on experience on Payroll and Statuary Compliances
- Maintaining Employee Retention & conducting employee engagement activities
- Willing to learn new things
- Prepare all types of Reports
- Social media management; keeping on top of the blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc..
- Creating and issuing basic contractors' contracts
- Looking after the freelance roster
- Keeping on top of general admin duties
- Working closely on digital branding for the company's clients
- Practical extensive knowledge of digital advertising market and e-mail marketing business
Salary Range : 5 - 8 LPA
