Job Description / Responsibilities:

- We are looking for an experienced and seasoned candidate to spearhead our Business Development team.

- This role will involve managing a portion of the business development and sales initiatives for BigCity and also manage a team size 2- 4 Business Development managers based across 3 locations – Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi and facilitate new client acquisition.

- Job responsibility will entail hiring, pruning of team with sole aim of achieving sales budgets and targets.

- Job would also involve extensive traveling and achieving targets set by management.

Working hours will range from 9:30AM to 18:30 PM on Monday – Saturday basis

Desired profile of the candidate

- We are looking for experienced candidates with exceptional sales, communication skills and analytical skills.

- Only candidates with a minimum experience of 5 years in sales, marketing, and business development may apply.

- Candidates who have experience in managing teams ( mid managers) will be preferred over other applicants.

- As Sr Manager Business development departments, your job profile will include new client pitches, new client acquisition, face to face meetings and presentations.
