About the Role:

- Prepare and submit fortnightly reports on performance, strategy updates, and client relationship management.

- Maintain a high client retention rate by delivering top-notch digital marketing and social media services.

- Uphold the company's core values while maintaining a professional and brand-aligned presence for clients.

- Identify opportunities for viral content and innovative campaigns based on industry trends and current affairs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
