Job Description:

BigStep is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager having 5-8 years of experience to drive our marketing initiatives, establish a strong brand presence, and generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to establish BigStep's unique positioning in the market, ensuring differentiation from competitors.

- Identify and market to specific niche audiences, tailoring campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.

- Drive lead generation across all possible channels, including but not limited to email marketing, manual outreach, webinars, website optimization, digital advertising, and content marketing.

- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines by applying SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

- Create and implement a robust plan to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive revenue.

- Mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- While leading the team, actively participate in content creation, campaign execution, and other essential marketing activities.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Technology Services related to Software Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Cloud.

- Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, executing high-impact lead-generation campaigns, and establishing strong brand positioning within the Information and Technology sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to leverage them for organic growth.

- Experience in managing and mentoring teams while also being a hands-on contributor.

- Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.

- Ability to analyze marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.
