Most importantly, however, it is the nature of the team that is brought together, to be a few steps ahead of the competition, establish product-market fit at a break-neck pace and execute the strategy.

BigSpoon Foods is emerging as India's leading Cloud Kitchen focusing on Tier-2 cities. In fact, we're the only Tier-2 focused cloud kitchen, and have cracked this niche and are scaling rapidly.

We've opened 70+ kitchens in 30+ cities over the last 2 years and are ON TRACK to launch another 100+ kitchens within the next 12 months. We're "Series A" funded, growing rapidly, and have a solid team, but we're not enough to keep up with our high growth rates.

Now here's what we're looking for in our Head of Strategy & BI (you) who will join us next

Day to Day Duties Include (but not limited to):

1. Developing data-driven strategies that align with the company's vision and mission

2. Communicating strategic plans to top management

3. Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions

4. Conduct analysis on topics such as new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities

5. Monitoring industry trends and analysing data to forecast future business opportunities or risks

6. Reviewing and revising existing strategies as needed based on changing conditions in the business environment

7. Identifying new markets where there is potential for growth

8. Creating and implementing a long-term strategic plan, including setting goals and milestones

9. Measuring performance against targets to determine whether goals are being met

10. Analysing data to identify patterns and trends, which can help the company double down on own-channel growth

11. Recommending changes to current business processes in order to improve efficiency and profitability

12. Understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a confident leader who can successfully lead and inspire the BI team in building data-backed strategies and has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the execution of the same

1. Graduate from a Tier-1 university

2. Strong experience (4-5 years) in an analytics/strategy role

3. Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills.

4. Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions.

5. Strong grasp on Python/R/SQL and experience with Power BI

6. Highly effective cross-functional team management

7. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
