JOB OBJECTIVE: An Architect who can become a valuable part of rapidly growing Cloud information Management. As an architect - the candidate will be involved at multiple levels and should be comfortable in designing cloud based application architecture, collaborating with developers. Must have experience architecting a solution by taking a platform standard application and incorporating client need with minimum coding but more configuration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Development:
- Learn and develop on the latest open source and enterprise level big data technologies and platforms
- Hands-on development of solution on big data stack (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, EMR etc.)
- Expert in designing and building solution on AWS cloud environment
- Expertise and significant hands-on (design and development) experience in at least 3 big data technologies
- Project scoping, analysis, installation, testing and support across big data platforms
- Design, develop and implement data load algorithms / workflow and software products on both streaming and batch data on a big data / cloud-based platform
- Integration of diverse data sources on the big data platform
- Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues with hand-on data load optimization techniques (more than 10 TB of data files)
- Demonstrate technical leadership in CICD process (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment)
- Delivery
- Ensure hands-on delivery of technical engagements by exceeding expectations.
- Suggest right technology and expert design knowledge for data management.
- Do code review, implement code modifications for performance optimization for project teams.
- Prepare documentation for customer projects including IQOQ, SOP etc.
- Lead large size projects, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to team, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the project manager
