Big Data Analytics Role - Manufacturing Domain - BPO

We have an opportunity with a leading BPO where they are looking for candidates with strong experience in Big Data with Manufacturing domain.

- Identify analytical/data mining techniques from business requirements and use cases

- Ability to work with Large Data Sets such as Sensor/IOT, Machine generated, Telecom, Social, Logs etc. (e.g., at least few hundreds /millions of records)

- Determine analytic algorithm technology to solve business problem

- Be a - Go to- person for latest Innovation and Technology driven changes in the analytics industry with respect to Big data.

- Be a subject matter expert in Advanced Analytics using Statistical techniques for deriving business insights with measurable success in the Automotive value chain.

- Provide experts- advice in building, testing & deploying and maintenance of statistical/mathematical/data models.

- Get Involvement in key delivery and high visible project at each level to guide & mentor the team members to deliver the high value added results.

- Develop new solution to cater to client requirements

- 8+ years- experience

- Experience in applying Big Data technology to any of the following use cases will be a definite plus:

Sensor data

Telecom data

IOT

Pattern mining

Social Media Analytics

Need to have good exposure to traditional analytics methods such as Forecasting, regression methods

- Strong knowledge in

Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Hadoop

Distributed File Systems: HDFS, Gluster, Lustre

Hadoop Map Reduce, Parallel Processing, Stream Processing, Flume, Splunk

Analytical Tools: SAS, SPSS, R, Mahout
