The Senior Coordinator of Global Client and Alumni Marketing will be responsible for a global client development and data quality program for the organisation's key client teams. You will serve as the strategic point person to inform marketing and other internal members of marketing activities for our priority clients. Majority of the team is based in U.S. though daily interactions with CRM team in Delhi, in addition to ongoing communication and regular meetings with broader team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages CRM priority account data quality and reporting program. Responsible for data integrity, classification, and SQL reporting as it pertains to client development.
- Serves as point person to provide strategic advice to client heads and leadership team on using CRM for priority client development. Ensures all reporting and data requests are zero-defect.
- Conducts research, tests and builds customized reports using Dynamics and SQL reporting to inform client development strategy for practice areas and account teams
- Expert on all aspects of system data extraction. Extracts and manipulates data for complex reporting needs of the Partners and Practice Area leaders utilizing a combination of Excel, Access and CRM functions. Analysis to inform regular reporting cycles, benchmarking projects, projections, trends, etc.
- Oversee data integrity of Account Based Marketing initiative by analyzing company-level and contact-level data to indicate the health of our relationship with specific companies; assist with follow-up actions, i.e. re-mapping of contact data; develop progress report and run quarterly analytics to identify best practice accounts
- Responsible for contact and company data integrity for the organisation's priority client accounts; includes:
Verifying contact information of leadership via credible external sources
Managing data audits to easily segment companies, assign industries and revenue to priority clients
- Works closely with CRM team to proactively identify opportunities for cross-teaming and data accuracy improvement
- Additional projects, system enhancements and analyses as needed (i.e. assist with Asia Pacific client webinar series; includes training Partners on webinar technology and managing the back end operations to ensure a successful webinar)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer applications, technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. Masters degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing/technology/data-analysis role with sophisticated data quality oversight required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM strongly desired.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint required, experience with reporting systems such as SQL (scripting and database design is required); strong knowledge in the - data industry- and experience with data maintenance and extraction is desirable.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics and database architecture and developing and managing large, complex data sets essential.
- Ability to travel internationally is required. Must demonstrate flexibility with off-hours calls and travel requirements.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, detail-orientation and customer service skills. Skilled at over-communicating with key stakeholders in an open, honest and direct fashion.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information required.
- Skilled at building and maintaining outstanding team spirit, pitching in where needed and respecting all contributing members of the team.
- Experience in a professional services firm highly desirable.
