Purpose of the Job
The VP-Talent Acquisition, will be responsible for end to end recruitment (Screening & Interview process, offer roll out, document verification, background verification, on-boarding, joining formalities, etc.), as well as execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign internally and through external channels, so as to attract, recruit, interview and on board employees as per the required timelines and quality and hand-holding of new employees.
Key Result Areas for the Incumbent
a. Process Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Closure of Requisitions within committed Time-lines
- Set a target for Direct and Indirect Source Mix to ensure cost effective hiring
- Generate Walk-ins through other Sourcing Channels like Referral Program, Social Media other Direct Channels and Vendors
- Conduct HR Assessment of Potential Candidates
- Coordinate with BP HR team that have Openings
- Brand Building with external partners like vendors
- Ensuring opening visibility through referral program
- Ensuring complete adherence to defined processes
- Partnership with manager & new employees for initial hand-holding
- Process owner- Sourcing to On-boarding & Employer Brand on Campus
b. People Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Vendors, Employees and Internal stakeholders and ensuring regular updates regarding open positions
c. Financial Responsibilities
- Vendor Management & Ensuring Sourcing within defined cost per hire
- Develop recruitment strategy aligned to the target source mix ( internal and external)
- Internal job posting, referral channel, job portal optimization, vendor channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital channels, institutes and campus etc

In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should also have :
Good knowledge of MS office and hands on experience with social media hiring
