Role: Manager - Analytics and Pre-Sales
Responsibilities:
Partner with technology leaders, program managers, operations leaders and other internal stakeholders globally to identify, quantify and solve for opportunities to improve disaggregation quality.
Drive investigations into specific results as and when raised by clients
Lead the analytics team on projects to improve disaggregation algorithms and generate insights for clients and prospects.
Using an in-depth knowledge of data science algorithms to address external client queries and concerns through technical calls and presentations
Play a vital role in sales by managing the end to end process of validations and Proof of Concepts
Communicate complex analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
Basic Qualifications :
MBA for a premier B-school with 3+ years of experience in analytics/ business analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or other business/analytical disciplines.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
Good knowledge of statistics and basic machine learning is a big plus.
Advanced working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel, Presentations, Papers in a business environment.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
