Biddable Manager - Paid Search & Social Channels - Digital Marketing

- Own day-to-day performance of campaigns - completely accountable for tactics in market and according performance

- Works with the agency team to enhance the utility of existing trading-related technologies and define future industry-leading capabilities

- Active point person for agency on campaign performance, optimization, and reporting

Responsibilities :

The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for search & social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

- Build and nurture search &social media platform-specific communities and audiences.

- Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed

- Research and administer search & social media tools daily in support of client's media strategy

- Monitor and evaluate search & social media results daily in coordination with client goals and benchmarks

- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

- Keep pace with latest internet marketing industry trends and developments

- Ensure that our work delivers against our client's goals

- Be the escalation point for all strategic matters on the assigned project(s)

- Quality assurance over deliverables provided by the team by reviewing outputs along with creating and reviewing QA - plans

- Accountability for efficient use of resources working on the individual engagements, ensuring that team resources are being utilized at capacity to provide value to the engagement.

- Develops clients marketing measurement strategies and reporting of key business metrics for multiple audiences including client senior management

- Evaluate clients- business situations and implements appropriate marketing approach.

- Maximize account profitability by managing client expectations and providing superior service within approved scope of work

- Prioritize tasks and proactively manage workload to ensure all deadlines are met (or exceeded), ensure all work is accurate.

- Active contribution to project planning and scheduling

- Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement

- Recognize campaign issues and escalate appropriately

- Monitor and optimize campaigns appropriately based on clients- goals and data analysis

- Able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written.

- Including but not limited to: account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.

- Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives.

- Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives.

- Report & analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.

- Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and trend tools (i.e. Doubleclick Search, Google Trends, etc.

Required Skills:

- 9+ years of hands on experience in Paid Search & Social channels primarily, Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc as well as internal reporting tools.

- Certification is preferred - Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords, SA360,etc.

Education & Experience :

- Previous work experience in marketing agencies, retention or loyalty environments are preferred.

- Specialised training in paid search & social techniques.

- B. Tech (CS/IT)/MCA, digital marketing degrees.

- Marketing (DFA, DoubleClick, MediaMind, etc.), SEM (Kenshoo, Google Adwords, etc.), Traditional Media (TV, Magazine, Radio, etc.)

- Strong relationship building skills, which include maintaining positive client and vendor relationships.

- Excellent project and resource management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Enthusiasm for the industry, knowledge of industry issues and eagerness to learn

- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

- Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail

- Resourceful and self-motivated

- A positive attitude to work in agency.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

- Good understanding of digital media channels like Search and Social

- Familiar with the platforms like SA360, MOAT, IAS, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, Innovid and Prisma

- Knowledge of site tagging using Google Tag Manager or Tealium
