Bid Manager/Sr. Bid Manager - Premium IT services - 3-12 Years - Gurgaon
- Experience on supporting the End to End Bid Management process for creating quality proposal documents prepared in response to formal RFP/ RFQ/ RFIs or informal business need requests
- He/She has to ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, understanding the gaps and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success.
- Must ensures that a high quality competitive and compelling bid response is created and delivered to the Customer. Must prepare the Bid Synopsis for management's approval.
- Being involved in every aspect of consolidation of bid documents and submission; must have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how our organization can provide that.
- Should be aware of IT Software development lifecycle, processes, and tools & technologies (Digital, DevOps, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, RPA etc.)
- Should be aware of different pricing models prevalent in the IT industry - Managed Services, Outcome-based, Fixed-price, T&M etc.
- After the bid submission, supports our Team in offer defense, creation of proposal presentations, bid clarifications with the customer (as and when requested).
- Must coordinate with different internal business & support teams to secure the required resources for related Presales activities.
- Prepares monthly reports related to the BM activities within his/her domain of responsibility.
- The candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Bid management (>1 M USD to 10 M USD size opportunities)
- Preferable skills & certifications: MBA in any stream
