Job profile: The position in question will be carrying out the following strategic activities:
- Bid Management/Pre Sales
- Market Research and developing Account attack plans for new and existing customers
- Constructing Winning themes, differentiators and positioning statements for prospective clients
- Responsible for Large Business RFP responses (Deals - $20 million)
- Developing RFP defense Presentation
- Interfacing with C class executives (internal/external) on business propositions, new service offerings, business models etc
- Work with Solution Design Group, Technology Groups and Geography Sales counterparts on RFP/RFI
- Creating a knowledge repository of reusable artefacts to cut down the response time.
- Support Top 6 Executives of Organization for their critical meetings with CXO of customer base
- Bring in new ideas and add value to the Service Design Group
- Creating new frameworks or models which are required either for client or market
- Support create new service offerings for the organization
Past Work Nature: Must have worked in IT industry and should possess knowledge on complete end to end sales lifecycle of large bids. Should have exposure to different geographies and nature of business. Must have travelled before for business bids in his previous stints.
Travel Requirement: Must be open to travel INTERNATIONALLY not amounting to more than 30 percent of his work time.
Soft Skills: Excellent Verbal Communication, Written and Presentation Skills. (MANDATORY). Should have a positive and GO GETTER attitude, team player and creative mind bent .
Industry Exposure: Should have worked with multiple verticals preferably TTL, BFS and Insurance
