We have an opportunity for a Bid Manager- Infrastructure Services for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the fulfillment of the Proposal Centre objectives
- Ensure the consistent application of the Bid Management Framework
- Ensure that win rate is maximized through appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process
- Ensure that bid costs are accurately forecast, managed and contained
- Manage and coordinate relationships into the Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations
- Maintain Bid Management materials and collateral
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience of working on large and complex bids as a member of the - Core Team- (Bid Manager, Solution Owner, Commercial Owner, Sales lead or Response Owner)
- Business development experience within a complex solution environment requiring interaction with senior management / the executive board
- Strong organizational, facilitation and project management skills
- Highly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients. Determined and enthusiastic in bringing pursuits to a successful closure
