Primary job responsibilities
- Provide task-based, role-based and end-to-end bid support from Understand, Validate, Propose, Develop to Negotiate & Close stages of the RFP / Bid cycle.
- Understand RFx requirement, client and their competitors
- Collaborate with sales/technology teams, client management, delivery, practices to develop a solution - compliant, competitive, & aligned with our strategy/ win themes
- Write generic content and contribute to reusable content
- Conduct final reviews to ensure compliance, consistency and quality of the responses provided throughout the proposal
- Program manage the pursuit/ bid process and support all RFP Responses, Deal Intake for all NxtGen locations across India for Govt, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and SI/ Consulting industries across various offerings and solutions in Infrastructure, Analytics, Workload and Cloud,
- Program Manage Bid/ RFx Development; Coordinate all aspects of a client response, ensuring timely delivery of - best in class- bid responses and create/ manage proposal and post-proposal presentations by working closely with Sales, Technology, Finance and delivery teams; generate sales leads, secondary research and Process Documentation Improvement (Template, Reusable Content), Facilitate and contribute towards content development etc
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance and Legal teams for shaping deals, qualification, solution, deal and contract review for a quality proposal to our clients.
- Experience in leading the pursuit with supporting Pre-sales strategy/ win themes, aligning proposition to client objectives, proposals/responses, documentation for managing workload / Services / Resource plans, budget, POCs, client interactions, process compliance, deliverables, reviews/governance towards successful deal closure. Strategize, orchestrate, and develop proposals in response to RFx ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality
