Bid Manager| US Shift (3 PM - 12 AM)| MNC| Gurgaon| Hybrid Mode


Job Role:

1. Bid Preparation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, operational, and financial information required for bid submissions.

- Analyse bid requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of electronic security systems, emerging technologies, and innovation trends.

2. Content Development:

- Craft well-structured and persuasive written content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.

- Tailor messaging to highlight ASEL's strengths, expertise in electronic security, and innovative technology solutions.

3. Technical Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in electronic security systems, IoT, AI, and related technologies.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling language for non-technical stakeholders.

4. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities.

- Analyse competitor bids and proposals to identify unique selling points and differentiators.

- Innovation Integration:

- Collaborate with our technology and innovation teams to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into bid strategies.

- Showcase ASEL's capabilities in integrating technology advancements to meet client needs.

5. Proposal Management:

- Lead the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring compliance with submission requirements and deadlines.

- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and approvals.

6. Client Engagement:

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate ASEL's technical capabilities and innovative solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance bid success rates.

Essential Skills for the role:

- Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the electronic security or technology sector.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

- Strong project management and organisational abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Familiarity with procurement processes and tendering in the security services industry.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and bid management software.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable skills for the role:

- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.

- Familiarity with electronic security regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Experience working with public sector tenders and frameworks.

- Knowledge of procurement processes within the security and technology sectors.

- Previous work with CRM systems for bid tracking and management.

- Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing bid documents.
