- Experience in International BPO bid management/Solution Architect - should be able to interact with various teams, incorporate technology and other process optimizations into the deal, depict the value additions and TCO reduction, which can be easily understood by the clients.
- Should be hands on bid management, identifying company attributes, associated business risk and mitigate them with the basic terms and conditions accordingly.
- Company preference same as Sr. Manager sales.
- Ideal candidate should be able to strategically suggest and implement transformational element to the business deals and build a market differentiator.
