Bid Management

- Track tenders, RFPs published by authorities and analyze the requirements from bank's qualification & participation perspective

- Assessing the qualified tenders and RFPs for various banking solution components

- Preparing for Prebid conference, co-ordinating with teams within the bank for collating pre-bid queries

- Owning the complete bid preparation, taking necessary approvals (product, technology business, finance and legal)

- Bid preparation, packaging and timely submission

- Support Channel Teams on offline and online bid submission

- Maintaining a repository of bid submission documentation for future reference

- Support in bid followup activities - technical presentations, clarifications on queries raised by customers

Sales Support

- Support on facilitating FINCON approvals on solution costs

- Updating and maintaining proposals and presentations repository

- Incorporating changes to proposals and changes based on Channel feedback

- Tracking progress and status for submitted proposals till closure

Channel Training & Enablement

- Identifying training requirements and creating a training plan

- Organizing Solution training for Channel and Solution Sales

- Planning regionwise sessions based on region specific focus areas

MIS & Vendor Support

- Collating and maintain solution MIS and publishing it periodically

- Tracking and monitoring vendor related activities - WO release, payments
