- He/she shall be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the bid team and support in winning deals for the organization.
- Serve as best-in-class bid management lead to the sales community
- Facilitate the complete pursuit life cycle from opportunity qualification to negotiation, with complete accountability of pursuit budget
- Lead from presales aspect in winning bids for SBU - Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium/ large deals.
- He/She should have bid management experience on working on Government/PSU projects.
- Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations throughout the bid cycle.
- Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQs requirements for proposal content by analyzing the bid details,solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project
- Co-ordinate with the business development, solution development team to understand requirement and formulate proposal accordingly as per client requirements
- Ensure consistent application of the Bid Management Framework to all the assigned pursuits.
- Presales/Bid Management Experience in IT/IT Infrastructure Services, Response to System Integration, Managed Services, TOS IT Infrastructure.
- Preparing technical documents, commercial proposals containing options, technical and network designs, SOWs, commercials along with SA.
