Designation - Zonal Sales Development Manager
Job Description :
1. Sales Planning
a. Manage Business Development Budget.
b. OTIF Planning & rollout of monthly FAP & RSF & NPD.
c. Prepare annual targets for customers
d. Develop & execute special scheme within budget
2. Sales Analytics
a. Develop daily, monthly, weekly sales reporting as per standards.
b. Sales scheme & distributors schemes analysis
c. Sales KPI dashboards - Sales (Returns), Inventory, NPD performance
3, Business Development
a. Drive sales through alternate channels.
b. Drive zonal sales projects
c. Prepare focus market planning
4. Program Accountability
a. Meeting existing schems KPI's with effective planning.
b. OTIF execution of existing schemes & CSCS enollment.
5. People Management
a. Providing on the job training.
b. Responsible for creating growth path for team & keep them motivated.
Qualification :
1. MBA from Tier 1/ tier 2 institute
Experience - 3- 5 yrs in Sales & Trade Marketing responsibility.
