Geography to be handled : Aurangabad, Jalna Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Bid, Nanded, Latur
Purpose of the role :
Purpose of this role is to drive business & aligning new cello strategy, developing team to take secondary sales to a new level.
Job Description:
1. Drive Volume growth
2. Strengthen sales infrastructure (Cluster distributors)
3. Drive retail distribution & BTL activities
4. Execute Marketing plan for visibility & promotion.
5. Tap new market & increase product visibility.
6. Increase penetration & visibility across region
7. Identify prospective distributors, generate business from existing
8. Distributor profitability & ROI
9. Follow all reporting standards & protocols & ensure timely reporting.
10. Execution of Rebate programs
11. Managing Team - 15 Members
Education : MBA and a minimum 8 to 10 yrs of relevant industry experience
